Haha...my wife got the same letter. The application timed out the first time and gave some weird error message. So, we called in and the analyst said no record of any apps and it would have shown up immediately. So she applied again. The second app was instant approval and then a few days letter she got the denial letter for application being processed.

It was only one pull...Experian.
