Which gas card is in your wallet? Interest rate?
The Fort Knox one is pretty good.
PenFed Visa. 5% back as a statement credit.
Shell Drive for 5 gas hard. It was first CC besides my Kohls card.
The Shell card only has a 400 dollar credit line with a high APR of 24.99%. From what I have been reading it is not a card that will grow with you (I have had the card over a year and I have not gotten a CLI). I have only been putting 10 dollars on the card in the last couple months for a low utilization percentage. You only get 5cents off per gallon IF you buy 45 gallons or more, I was not willing to have such a high utilization on my card and I honestly dont think I drive enough to buy 45 gallons of gas in a month.
I plan on dropping my Shell card as soon as I get approved for that Fort Knox FCU 5% cash back gas card.
Fort Knox FCU Plat Visa. 5% cash back on gas, 1.25% everything else. My apr 12.25%. CL $2000 and I love this card. Cash back is credited each statement.
I found the Ft. Knox card alluring when I heard about it. Now that PenFed is doing less than 1% for regular awards it is even more attractive.
I had thought I'd need to get a job at Knox in order to get it, but now I see from their site that you can pay a one time $15 membership fee to join. It's got me thinking.

Very Nice!!!
What about Chase BP Visa?? This one any good?
Starting March 3rd, Chase revamps the reward structure and the new reward gets worse. Ultimately, you only get 2.25% back at BP gas, 0.75% back everywhere else. And you can't use your reward rebate as minimum payment or bring your gas refill bill to $0, and the redeemed reward rebate only applies to the first 20 gallons at the pump. Only if you want to use BP. My car doesn't run very well on it.
