Best Hotel Card... Not SPG... Or Hyatt... Or...

So today my grandmother asked me what the best hotel card would be for where she travels. A few pop up in my head like SPG and Hyatt but sadly none of these hotels are even close. Marriot is possible. Hilton is also. Af up to 95 is ok. Im wondering if a generic card like sapphire preferred would be better here. Any thoughts?

They said I had to much credit and I have not charged enough with other cards. Or something that means that. I forget the exact way they worded it.

Sorry to hear.Smiley Sad I think you need to establish some business credit history  with other creditors.  You also need to establish longer relationship with Amex.  May be you try something a little bit easier to get like Business Green. Last year, I applied for Simply Cash and I only got approved for $4K and 20% purchase APR.

Priority Club Visa is good. The annual free night more than pays for itself. Only downside is for non-hotel spending it takes forever to get a reward stay (1 PC point is worth half a cent or so). Even a Holiday Inn Express requires 10K-25K points and there is no C&P option to my knowledge.

I really like CSP but I think it only makes sense to get it if she travels frequently. Otherwise she won't benefit enough from the travel bonus and booking discounts to offset the higher AF.
