Hey everyone, just curious as to what everyone thinks is the best sign up bonus offer for credit cards. I know this can vary depending on needs/wants but I am asking just in general, which card gives you the best value as far as points/travel/value?
Ritz 140k miles if available for hotels probably... Otherise the the CSP is pretty dang good as well.. I believe Citi has a nice one as well... So plenty to choose from. PRG 50k is nice, Amex Plat 100k is nice (if targeted), etc.

Citi Prestige has a good offer of 50k points, $250 airfare credit, AAdmirals Club access and 4th night hotel stay for free. The AF isn't waived but if you use the benefits wisely they basically eliminate it. The Premier also has 50k point and first year AF waived.
I agree if you get a targeted offer of 100k for Amex Platinum consider yourself very lucky.
...or the 100K mailer for Citi Prestige for that matter.
If you can get a business card the Chase Ink Plus sign up bonus for 60k points is what I would go after.

I want to switch from the ink bold to ink plus. In the summer isn't it normal for the ink plus to have a 70k bonus is or is 60k going to be as good as it gets?

Also, keep in mind with a question like this that signup offers can increase/decrease. Therefore next week the answer could be totally different. The best value is hard to determine because for many cards it will depend on how you use them. If you get two free hyatt nights and use them at a top end property the return on your rewards will be much more than a cashback card, but if you use the free nights at a less expensive property then the value of the rewards changes. What you will want to do with the rewards will directly impact the value. Straight cashback cards are easier to compare.
