Worst card for me was First premier because of thier fees, however i thought ther cusomer service was pretty helpful.
My Best card has to me my Bank Americard power rewards card, I havent experienced better customer service, or ease of use anywhere else (maybe my CU) .. I Love my Amex too, but alot of small businesses in my area dont take amex so BOA is my go to card
