BoA finally has some prequalified offers for me. I'd consider the $150 cash rewards if it was available, but ultimately, I'd probably pass.
On a side note, Chase no longer has prequalified offers for me, I was at the 13.99% APR for the Freedom a few weeks ago 
My util on one card has gone up to 11% (it has since been lowered to 0), and an AU card up to 12%. My overall util is 3%. Wonder what Chase is seeing that made them pull my prequal.
