@ltspongebob wrote:I would have to say Chase Sapphire Preferred would be best, at least for me. I've been able to get a person on the line in usually under a minute. They also have been able to assist with my other Chase cards, not just the CSP. Discover would be a close second, although I've only had to call them once versus the dozen or so times I've had to call Chase.
Really they would help with my Freedom or amazon card? that is good to know lol. I guess i should just look at the Number on my chase Sapphire for anything related to chase credit cards if i need help
Well looks like Discover is coming out ahead.. However, I've been impressed with Amex. The online chat option gets a live CSR within seconds every time, and they're very knowledgable and friendly.. never had a CSR from any other company tell me "You're amazing." lol

There all pretty amazing from my Experiences with Amex, Chase, Citi, and Discover
i have been dealing with the IRS lately about a lien. i can't believe how great all 4 people that have been on the phone with me were (for up to an hour at a time - i imagine they are fattening me up for slaughter, lol). as far as CC's CS, i have only dealt with chase and they answered all my dumb, newb questions quick and thorough.
The Citi Diamond concierge number is pretty quick too. Hardly any wait time.
Its pretty close btw chase csp and discover for me... They both are good. BOA is terrible. Captial one EO is good but everyone else is terrible there. Barclaycard was nice but not very helpful in getting my way with CLI.
Although I recently aquired the Discover IT, I don't think I spoke to anyone so far(unless I had to when I activated it? Hmm, my minds all fuzzy...)
Anyways, I love Chase Sapphire's. Hands down. So quick, practically as soon as I call someone is available to speak with me, and to concur with the others, they can service your other cards, including the debit card!
Going through regular Chase is iffy. Then again, I was in VT and lost my Sapphire running across the highway from Denny's to get back to my hotel when it went flying out of my wallet at 3 AM. Scrambling to call ANY Chase number at that time was grueling. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to get a representative...eek! And I still had to call Cap One (that one ALSO went flying out of my wallet..)

Did you try calling Barclay credit analyst for CLI? I have 65+ inquries, they increased my credit limit.

Yes. I called the backdoor number when I got approved for both of my cards. No go both times. But I did get an auto CLI on my rewards card of 1k.

+1
I would sign that statement
