Well, after the excitement of getting the initial approval for my BCP, I forgot to call about the terms of my account. Yesterday I received a letter from Amex welcoming me and giving me notice that my application was approved. I didn't get it until today because I was away visiting family. Anyway, the letter also included my EX FICO score! It is presumably because I didn't get the best interest rate available, but that's fine by me because my EX FICO score is:
780!!!!
All of my card approvals were based off of my EX report, so this is huge news to me since my EQ FICO is only 754. I will probably call tomorrow morning to find out what the terms of my BCP are, but I know that I got the best terms available on the Chase Freedom. I will also call Citi to discuss the terms on my Forward. I love that all 3 pulled EX since the score is higher. This may be the last time I ever receive my EX FICO score, so this is huge for me.
Wow! Congratulations on an excellent score! Makes me want to check my EQ score (right now, I only know EX)
Nice score, congrats! I'm so happy for you!
