You are correct. Some blogger used the headline: "US Airways Barclaycard 50,000 Bonus, Loses Foreign Transaction Fees, Adds Global Entry" and then only after reading all the way through does it say what you correctly stated. I guess they are hoping people will click the link without reading through. Really misleading headline and its not corrected until end of the article.
