I know I'm feeding an old thread but in case this is being searched, yes, I faxed a written request to BML to remove a HP from EX when I used my already existing (approved) LOC. Took a week but it was deleted, and I received a follow up CS call thanking me for my business. Unless you just mean the first HP, then you can ignore this response
