Bill Pay from credit card

Hello, I can get checks for my credit cards, but I want to setup a bill pay service to pull a credit card

who does this? I have some services that only take checks, like in the mail! this is an incredibly inconvenient thing for me, so I would like to use a bill pay service to do it for me, but all the ones I've seen only pull from checkings accounts
