BillMeLater being Rebranded

I recieived an email this morning stating that BillMeLater will be rebranded as of August 1st new name will be PayPal Credit some of the Terms & Conditions have or will be changing as well anyone else get this email

I have a new egg preffered store acord with high credit limit but it does not show up on any credit reports.  Will it start showing when they switch to paypal?
