BillMeLater to Paypal Credit?

I just got a letter in the mail about a bunch of mumbo jumbo I don't understand - I'm a newb did anyone else get the same later? "Important changes to the Terms and Conditions" - "Brand Name Change" yada yada.

Is it anything I should be concerned about or its the same ol' thing? It's not a credit card right?

paypal bought bill me later some time ago, I think they are just changing the name now.

I am just confused about this whole thing because GE still owns Paypal Buyer credit. Now Comenity and GE will both own separate versions of Paypal credit?

Yeah. Same way Amazon has a card through Chase and GE (Synchrony?).
