The silver one is no longer available. It gives 1.25% cash back on all purchases, although I'm not sure if you have to reach a certain level of spending to see the full 1.25%.
The black one is not as good IMO. It is based on BofA World Points where you have to reach 25K points to redeem at full value of 1 cent per point, effectively 1.25% cash back. If you redeem less than 25K points you don't get 1.25%.
The only benefit I see about this card is that it has effectively no foreign transaction fee. There is a 1% forex fee which is offset by the 1.25% you earn using the card.
Even though I am not a fan of Capital One, I would say their green 1.5% cash back card is better and that has no forex fee anyways.
