Ran across this info on another forum. It is part of the Barclay's Ring member's blog and gives a little insight into their logic (such as it is) for CLD's and CLI. They also have a series of videos on You Tube regarding how they assign credit lines. I thought it was interesting reading .

Barclay is a joke they just lowered my line from $5500 to 500 I ask the csr why it was lowered he said the proportion of payment is to low but I told him I pay in full every month he said I don't know what to say sir. I started laughing and said pleas close my account.
