Are they bankruptcy friendly? My father is 4 years out of bankruptcy. He has 698 transunion fico a discover it card quicksilver one card cap one plat card and barclays reward card. Would he get approved?

Some Comenity Cards are and some are not... usually the store cards are but not sure on blue Nile.
