Long shot, I know, but does anyone have a mailing address for Sally Stites, Vice President (Marketing, I think) of Bank of America? She sent me a nice form letter encouraging me to use my BoA Cash Rewards card. I'd like to write her back, it'd be great to think the letter actually had a chance of getting to her, and tell her that although I like the card for the recent balance transfer I did and the nice CLI they just gave me, the 1% rewards isn't really much of an incentive to use the card over my Chase Freedom or Citi Dividends cards.
