so did you apply for an unsecured card and they denied you and counter you with the 99/500 or do you have the fully secured card?

My first CU CC was secured and after 1 year they asked me what I wanted my CL to increase to, lol

I asked that they just leave it at the $500 I secured it with. They released the hold on my secured amount and unsecured card I had.

yes, but did not offer me 99/500, so I have a fully secured card at $1000
