BoA recommended offer

I have BoA cash reward starts 3/15/15   2000 SL and 10/13/15 5900 SL , and 2/12/16 I requested another CLI i was approved for 11800 SL. I logged to my online account and I see 3 offers with set APR  Travel Rewards APR 21.24, BBR APR 19.24, and low interest rate APR set 18.24 but these offers was there before my last increase.  do you think I should apply for one or I may not be approved because I just got my cash back increased.

To me, the 21.24% APR on the Travel offer indicates you will likely get a low SL which would make the card less useful.

Personally, I'd wait a little while. It's not going anywhere, the APR on the offer should only go down if you keep your profile in good shape.
