Boa Secured, fico score range

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what fico score BOA looks for when it comes to approval for their secured cc product?

When I was denied an unsecure cc BOA offered me their secured cc my Ex at the time was 631. I had to many inquiries and new accounts as well as some lates on student loans from 2yra ago.
