If you used the card for more than $500 and you applied for it online, you should get your cashback.

The only restrictions I see about it are:

• app at branch
• don't use it for $500
• or use it for $500 but in more than 3 months

Hmm, sorry to hear that... I have a BOA card that had a bonus and I had no issues getting the credit, just FYI for a data point.

Same...I thought those things were automatic. 

I would definitely call BOA about the issue. Call the number on the back and dial #0....then ask to be transfered to card benefits.

How did you apply for the card? That offer is online only as was stated before so if you applied in a branch or over the phone it won't be there, but sometimes you can ask and they will apply it as a courtesy.
