Hey all, I've had my card for almost 1 week and my billing cycle ended yesterday. Still no $39AF. I deposited 3K. Wonder if they just really love me? Anyone else experience no AF or late posting?
Can't speak to that specific card, but the AF on my Asiana amex hit a few days upon being visible online.
That's weird, I just reviewd my first statement and it show the AF charged the first day of the billing cycle.
Did you get your statement yet?
I have the 99/500 cash reward card and no AF. I bank with them so I thought perhaps because I have a big savings account with them they did that.

Slightly off topic question. I see that you are two years post d/c on your BK 7. Did you decide to go the secured route with BofA, even though you have nice high limit cards, just to get in the door with them? I was thinking of the same strategy with them and with Citibank since both are large national lenders who normally just decline if they see a BK reporting. Also the same thoughts about FNBO.
Is this your strategy?

Not yet, but it cut a few days ago. I don't see any pending charges for AF at this point.

That's awesome! I also have a checking/savings with them and large card deposit.

I'm about 2.5 years post bk discharge. You are exactly correct. I wanted my foot in the door. I applied for the regular card last year, and mid-April with declines, but counter-offered this last time with secured card. I believe BofA and Citi prefer 2 years post-bk. I thought about Citi, however, from what I've read it takes a while to graduate(18 mos) vs BofA(6-12 mos). Good luck to you. They are both excellent prime lenders.
