Just got off the phone with the credit services department after hearing the good news.
In January of 2011 I opened a $500 CL secured card with BofA after making the required $99 deposit.
One year later in January of 2012 I called BofA and they approved me for a CLI from $500 to $1000 and unsecured my card.
Today I called in and was approved for a CLI from $1000 to $5000! Before getting off the phone the specialist asked if I had any other questions. I asked him if there was a possibility of lowering my APR. After re-checking my card usage history and verifying that I had always paid my bills on time he went ahead and lowered the APR rate from 20.49% down to 11.99%! Sweet!!
Edit 02/11:
It turns out they did a HP for the CLI..
