I called the backdoor number(option 3) but never talked to someone. I talked to an automated operator

Starting score as of 12/2012: EQ 570
Current score as of 02/2013: EQ 619


Current scores as of 06/2014:
EQ: 640

I'd have to agree with others in that 620 is too low of a score to expect an approval. At this point you're probably waiting for a rejection letter.

Boa is hard to get ime, and tbh... They aren't that great anyway! Lol

Citi/boa are equal imo when it comes to lack of customer service/outsourcing

The only thing that can help you is putting a lot of money into a banking account with BofA if you already have one. Otherwise, your credit score is likely not high enough for any quality credit card.
