I just wanted to add that not everybody has it. If the account is fairly new, it might not be there. If it's secured, partially secured (99/500), or recently graduated it probably isn't there. If there were any internal derogs (e.g. over-the-limits, lates, consistent minimum payments on high balances, etc...) highly unlikely to be there. And, probably a myriad of other reasons why some people have the option, and some people don't.
I have it; wouldn't dream of hitting it (not until the credit environment improves dramatically). Way too many folks reporting AA/CLDs afterwards.

Do you ever use the Citi luv button? Doesn't it go away for a while after you use it?
I had the luv button all along so I don't understand why they removed it.
I have a prime card, which is the accelerated rewards Amex card with a $10,500 limit. I should probably call to see what's going on.

I agree 1000%. Until everything seems to have settled down I will defer any "luv" from BoA.

The button is always there for my BoA cards also.
It says "Request a Credit Line Increase".
It should read "Request a Credit Limit Change"
since the bank may provide either a CLI or CLD.
That is why I call the button the "Tough Luv" button.
