BofA Privileges VS. Cap1 Quicksilver? Or Fidelity?

Am I understanding that if a BofA customer and trading rewards into a BofA checking or Savings this card comes out ahead of Quicksilver?

Would Fidelity still be better than both?

Are you talking about Privileges with cash rewards or travel rewards with BofA?

Bofa priv is 1.5% after customer bonus which is same as quicksilver. Bofa priv also has 2 and 3% categories for up to 1500 per quarter. However bofa priv has annual fee while better quicksilver doesn't. Kind of wash in my books

Bofa Privileges also offers 50% bonus whenever you redeem your cash, I just got this card back in July and has been using it for gas,shopping and grocessories, i use the CSP for dining and traveling
