BofA online CLI request, SP or HP?

I haven't heard anything about BofA's online CLI button here on myfico since last year. What's the verdict for this year? Still HP, but sometimes randomly SP? TIA

Most probably HP. I did it in November and got the system message to call 1-800-... ...when I did call the CA the HP had been done already. If you try to CLI with SP I would not touch that button and rather call as it did not ask for permission to HP like other sites. Well for me it was perfect as I wanted to CLI with HP otherwise I would not have touched the luv-button ...Btw if you have multiple cards with BofA they will CLI more than 1 card with the same pull.

When I did it a month or so ago it was HP, but only on Transunion, which was nice, especially since they had pulled Equifax or Experian when I apped for the card in July. I asked for a CLI from 10,000 to 15,000 and got it.

Expect a HP, if it turns out SP consider yourself lucky.
