Is it possible to do a PC from BofA Platinum Plus MC to a rewards card, i.e., the Upromise Rewards card, or the WorldPoints card?

Yes, it is possible. But I wouldn't recommend contacting them because there's a good chance they will put you on hold and next thing you know, you will be talking to a credit analyst. It would be a good idea to not contact unless you really need to,
