Last night i called a retentions line for Bank of America.....

First i called to ask where my rewards were and if i am on track and second i asked about a lower my apr as my rate was 12.99%.

A very nice guy answered the phone and placed me on hold while he took some time to find out this information for me.....

He came back and said i am on track to recieve my rewards they should be put through by next week......

He then said he can take my APR of 12.99% down to 10.99% to match my Cash Rewards Card.

So now i have both cards with 10.99% which is lower than new customers. I feel privileged!

Very Nice effort in bringing down the APR numbers. You deserve to feel honored over that.

I been more than satisfied on this end with Bank Of America's attention to customer satisfaction on their credit products including CLI's (not toy raises by any stretch like some) and of course very satisfactory APR reductions. The old addage you treat them right and they do the same in return really seems to apply.
