My BofA Visa was originally opened 10/11 as a secured ($99.00 dep/500.00CL) and was reviewed/graduated to unsecured $1K CL & got my $99 dep back as of 10/2012. Has anyone successfully had this type of CC PC to the 123 Visa?

I actually had mine become a secured verison of the 1-2-3 rewards. Unfortunately, mine won't unsecure until next spring.

did you call them to unsecure your card? if so you could have done the PC right then and there. In fact, you could PC to the Cash Rewards while it was still secured(a lot of us did back in june when we found about it). So no, you should not have any issues doing the PC now.
The only issue is if your card still has the Annual fee, they will try to tell you it is unremovable even after you do a PC(though they may waive it once). Technically, i'm sure that is (supposed to be) true, but you CAN convince them to change it to 0.

Honestly I had no idea PCs were an option until I found this forum 2 months after it graduated
I am calling when I get home later this evening for a PC & to discuss the AF, wanted to check here first so I knew it was possible. Thanks all!

I received a letter in the mail letting me know that after reviewing my account/payment history my credit card was no longer secured and my CL is now $1K. No new card issued. The letter stated they would issue a refund check or I could call & have it deposited in to my savings or checking account (I bank w/BofA). Haven't called to PC to 123 yet.
