Breaking News - TrueCredit daily 3-1 updating gone!

... just so you all know.. 3-1 updates on TrueCredit are only available monthly now.  Go try and update, and you'll be told that you can get your TU "change report" only.

Wow --I can't test it on my end until this evening (just pulled last night), but that's not good. I did get a similar message when I had to re-log in, but I didn't pay attention.


eta: and they can issue my prorated refund, if so.

Just logged in and noticed the new changes.  I called and cancel my subscription immediately.  I thought the $9.95 for unlimited pulls was a good value for my money but now they are not offering it anymore no sense wasting $9.95 per month.  

Does anyone know if Chase ID protection still offers the unlimited pulls?

They used to be evry 24 hours, but were just TC sharing, so they might have chjanged as well

This blows.  I called to cancel right away since it's no longer the service I signed up for.  I believe they are expecting the backlash because the rep did not even make a half hearted attempt to save the membership.

Yes, I just pulled my reports this morning.

Called and cancelled my subscription which I think I may have done in haste. The rep did advise they changed the process because the bureaus only send updates once per month, and they will still send emails to notify of any intermittent changes as they currently do. Not sure if the new "change" to 30 days pulls is truly affecting the service they provide.

Can anyone get Chase ID or is only to specific Chase customers? I only have a checking/savings/debit account with them.

I updated TC this morning (~9am) and it pulled all 3 like normal.

Edit: I guess that was for my monthly pull this morning. I logged in and clicked the Update Report and it said every 30 days. Must cancel immediately.
