As of today you can re-register your Brooks Brothers card on Citi - it seems that Citi is reissuing both cards (Store and MC versions) with new account numbers, but the old one - for the 11 digit store card at least - works fine as far as setting up the new account on the Citi-site.
Now I just have to talk Citi into the MC version rather than the store card....
