Buckle pre-approval letter in the mail

Has anyone gotten one these? Wondering if its a SP. I did the cart trick about a month ago and decided not to proceed. which is why I'm guessing they sent me a pre-approval letter via snail mail.

so called, the csr said soft, then comfirmed it with a supervisor. so i guess tomorrow ill find out for sure if i get a new inq.. approved 500.00..
