Business Credit

Greetings all,

I am interested to open up lines of Credit Under My LLC.  How should I go about doing this if I am a new company?  WIll my personal Credit history be taken into account when I apply ?  Can I use my personal credit Cards I already have as a business card, If i now use if solely for business purposes?

If you have good personal credit, I suggest you personal guaranty at least one good business credit card to start building your business credit and to also separate your business expenses from personal cards.

I suggest if you have a bank that you like and they like you, they probably have a business card.

if you do not want to PG any cards, I suggest starting with Staples, I believe they will issue a card to brand new business with no credit... Then once you get them going, dell, office depot, keybank, shell, etc.
