Does anyone know if Capital One gives a CLI on the BuyPower Card at the 3rd statement  cut like the QS1?

They do not. You're only eligible for a CLI after 6 months, and every 6 months after each increase. They raised my $300 limit to $500 after 6 months. Will close at 12 months if I can't get at least $1500.

You can always call and ask for one but be prepared for a HP. Keep in mind this card does not operate like a normal Capital One card like your QS.

My starting limit was 750 and around 9 months of having the card, they gave me an auto CLI to 4800.

Did you pay in full each month or let the balance sit for the account to increase that much. I have only had my Buypower for 3 months starting SL was $750 as well.
