DH was the last one to have a Capital One Partially secured card. They actually gave him 701 unsecured on the 750 limit. I moved the 451.00 balance over to my new slate for the 0 APR til 4/2016, and told them to apply their 49.00. CSR actually said wait we will give you another increase of 50.00. Ugh no thanks. I replied your 750 toy limit is not helping, so No Thank you. Told DH and he said oh you mean the card I never used. I was the AU on that card so I am glad it is gone as well.
