CAP 1 EO

When you emai or call into CAP 1 EO, and they review your file, is it an SP or HP if they grant a CLI? Also, do they still hit up all three CRs with those inqs?

Re: CAP 1 EO

They will contact you, should be a SP, they should advise you first and you agree to a HP

Re: CAP 1 EO

OK, that makes sense. But if you agree, will they HP all three?

Re: CAP 1 EO

It's a SP with EO

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: CAP 1 EO

Cool. just one more question. I've had my secured card since early 2011 and my CR since last august. When would be a good time to hit up EO, since I'm pretty sure my limit on the CR isn't going to go anywhere, based on the history of CAP 1?

I'm guessing CR=cash rewards if so hit them up now and don't look for much on secured cards they will just tell you to apply for an unsecured card

I got 2 cap1 last June 2012 got both increased in Feb of this year (doubled both)

Re: CAP 1 EO

Yeah its my cash rewards card. thanks! Since i'm deployed, would I be able to get some kind of resolution over email, or would it make sense to do it when I get home later this month? I've been reading that alot of people have had to take phone calls from their CSRs.

It can only be done with a return call from them so its best in your case to do it when your available to receive phone calls during business hours 9-5
