maybe if they put some good ads for something i could use then that page wouldnt be so useless! Seriously though has anybody ever been able to modify there features with that link?

Very  few, lol!  They should just take it off, and put something worthwhile there.  I've had my card  with them for years now, can't convert.  Keep telling me to apply for Venture Card.  No thanks! JMO
