Update on my platinum card and no hassle rewards, both were in the credit steps program opened last year. I was sitting at $500 and $750, spoke to a Exec office representative last week and said it would take about 10 business days. Decided to log into my account online today and my limits are now up to $1500 each! I asked for $1500 and $2000 so I'm very happy! New statement this month should reflect new limits and will help my utilization! Cap1 Exec Office works!
Thanks to everyone on this forum for all the help and support!!

Just wanted to add my success story to this thread.
Member for almost 7 years. Emailed, got a phone call, etc. Asked for a a CLI to $10,000 from $1500, but wasn't very firm about it (asked if I would accept less, and I agreed to it). Also mentioned the annual fee waive and product change. Logged in to my account today to find that I had a CLI to $7500, but don't see anything about a PC yet. Does that usually take longer than the CLI? I haven't talked to my rep yet, but I will ask when I hear from them and report back. I can't complain so far, though I would really like the Venture or the cash back card.

Could you share your credit profile and also your other limits? I have 2 Cap1 cards since 2008 and 2011 with a total limit of $2250. I'm looking to closing the newer one, and CLIing the older one to $10k. Just wanted to compare our profiles.

Exec office say they could not assist in doing PC. They said CLI, APR and Rewards were it when I worked with them last week

They said CLI, APR and Rewards to me too. Try the 'Chat Now' feature on their website for a PC, I did it a week after I got my CLI and was upgraded from the basic Plat to a Venture 2.

Yay they increased me from $750 to $1000 I wanted more I would say since it is now has a thousand instead of hundred im happy becuase my utilization is super high so I wasnt expecting much of an increase until I pay my utilization down from 100% to 25% so Im going to try again in 03 when I will have all my cards paid off

So then question:
because our cards have gone over the 750 limit are we eligible later on for a cli? I just got both my cards to 1500 each

I'm really hoping now mine is a Venture that the CLI's will come a bit easier. I'd love it to be my first 10k card.
