I think also that they are being made very busy from FICO forum members requesting cli. I never contacted them for a cli but a PC and all they kept saying was "you want a cli?" I was like WTH what use is a CLI if your card is crap! I want rewards!! I did eventually give in though and let them put through a cli im still waiting on that ... I have to say I wasn't very impressed with them, it seemed they were on a repeat mode in that all they do is do cli and have no power to do anything else... I will keep harrsing the CEO and others until they turn my crapone card into something decent..

@ youngandcreditworthy: Congratulations are in order! I know that you've been wanting a CLI on your Cap1 card for quite a while, so I'm happy that it finally worked out for you. ![]()
@Gemini: Wow! That's a nice increase -- congrats to you, as well! ![]()

can anyone send me the email they used? I have been trying a while as well to get a credit increase as well as a APR reduction and there lack of doing so has led me to discontinue use of their product...if i could email them and convince them to at least even match my chase limit and APR it would give me a reason to use the card again. SO if someone could please send me the email they used and the steps they took it would be appreciated!

I just sent a very very long email to Mr. Fairbank (CEO) and explaining to him how I felt and the way we're being treated as customer. I just got Orchard for about 3 yrs now with only $200 cli!! I have a secured c1 for about 1 yr now with only $100 cli. I tried to ask for cli with my ORchard but they said no cli at the monent becasue of the transition. I don't know if we can start requesting again?
I don't know if anyone has the same experience I had with c1 customer service reps but I notice that they are real friendly at first but as soon as you provide them your account info and they realize you have a "secured" card, they treat you differently like their demeaner change with a "we don't care about your needs because you have a secured card" attitude. Anyways, I sent the ceo a lengthy message reference to the way the reps treat you, lack of cli, growth and don't value their customer and driving them to go else where. I also made him aware that little people like us is what drives their business since they cater and specializing in credit cards that help people with re-building. Let see if what happens.
