I would wait to receive their letter then call them if you need to recon but since its a new account and if its in credit steps you may not get very far, Cap-1 typically only gives increases every 6 months.
I waited at the end of my 3rd month to click the luv button for both my Cap 1 cards and received an increase. I did that after reading some of the posts where members did the same thing and also received another CLI at the 6 month mark (automatic). But before I did my 3 month luv button request, I always PIF each month prior.
