I sent email three days ago and nice lady called me and I told her I wanted my credit limit changed from 500.00 to 5000.00 or i'm gonna put it away and notus e it anymore. She said she would call me back and let me know in a few days. Haven't heard from her yet but logged in today and my limit has gone up to 2000.00 so i'll take it.

Have they been PC to the Quick Silver for people that have tried? Also, does anyone else get charged a 5.00 a month membership fee? I know they will call so I want to think of everything I can ask for from them while I can!  lol

My card is also changing to the Quicksilver card. Also no im not getting charged a 5.00 fee. Congrats on the limit increase.

No for me it was automatic, they sent me a letter saying we are changing your card to the Quicksilver Card because they discontinued the Hassle Free Rewards Card

Congrats on the CLI!

I don't get charged a $5.00/mo fee. I just got an increase from $420 to 5K and when I asked the rep for the CLI he also mentioned that beginning mid-October Cap One would be rolling out a program that would provide me with an card upgrade. He said at this time,I was not eligible for an upgrade due to the mechanics of the transition to Cap One.

can someone please pm me a good contact for an EO as well. I have had a capital one account that was orchard bank since 2005, never missed a payment, yet I can not get a credit limit increase. I mean if 8 years payment history w/ them does not say something i dont know what else will? thanks

Lexie!! I been trying to stay low so im not tempted to app! lol Actually I have more than enough cards so im just trying to let them grow with SP. About to purchase a house so I got to be good. lol
