CAPITAL ONE INSANE DECLINE

Hi all

2008 jan applied to capital one bank for credit card and got $750 credit limit its funny when you had 10k limit visa signature from boa

and call them and closed credit card immediately

2012 have establish a business and again my mistake gone to CAPITAL ONE and opened a business account

and just realized this credit card is still seems open and reporting to 3 credit bureaus

after approved for 75k car loan ( not signed and its still not reported to my credit history)

called Capital one and specialist offer the CLI

here we go its declined

ASAP will go to branch here in New York and close business account and credit card

is it bad for my credit history ??

how can i transfer the business account to another bank without a new hard inquiry  CAPITAL ONE ruin my credit for nothing

You need to contact their executive office. Do a seach for the exec office thread and its on page 7 or so for the number.

Its really hard to underststand with the lack of punctuation but call the executive line and explain it to them.

Thanks for quick ans i gues i have to go bank and talk to them i did speak executive all he says is maybe cuz of you didnt use your credit card who will use a 750$ limit credit card (except new credit builders) this is insane now i need a credit card initialed to my busines account and i almost spend 8k per month

how sucks is this bank i ll close the account and change it any my business partners whic i ll get my checks shame on capital one

Go ahead and close it..i doubt you'll miss it anyways. I've had 0 luck calling the exec office the past few months so that's not even a route i would recommend.
