Even if I call the backdoor number, how do I verify I'm talking with "credity analyst" versus another CSR that the first CSR just transfers me to?
The "credit analyst" I spoke with yesterday said that due to privacy/security reasons she could not discuss the denial reasons and I'd have to wait for my letter. Does this mean she was actually a CSR? I thought analysts had access to that info and would/could discuss with us?
What do I say? Hey I know you denied me but you're crazy and don't use Fico etc? haha okay probably not but....

She told me I had to wait for my letter and if I feel teh information for denial is innacurate I need to contact the bureaus and can reapply after 30days.
She said that the code showing is not one anyone in her department can override.
