Decided to start this thread so we can maximize our rewards for the current quarter.
Here is my reward breakdown for July - September 2015.
10% - Home Improvement, Department Stores & Amazon [Discover it 5%x2]
6% - Grocery Stores [Amex BCP]
5% - Gas Stations & Kohls [Chase Freedom]
2% - Everything Else [Cap One Venture]
Wishlist:
5% - Cell Phone Bill & Electronics Stores [U.S. Bank Cash+]
3.3% - Dining [SSPTR]
How is your reward strategy structured for this 3rd quarter?

A small thing I notice in your strategy is why would you be using the Freedom for Kohls when Discover's is doubling that?
I'm mostly using my Double Cash and Discover. Cash+ is for fast food/restaurants. I have my other 5% on department stores because dumb old me forgot it was part of Discover right now. Regardless, I rarely shop at them unless it's the holidays, so it's not that big of a deal, I just didn't know what else to pick.
So Double Cash for my general spend, Discover for categories, Cash+ for food. I could "maximize" and use BCE for groceries at an extra 1%, but it's just not worth it at this point. I'm consolidating spend onto a few cards. Most of my groceries are from BJ's/Target anyway where I do not use my BCE.
My strategy is the same all year round. Here are my biggest spend categories in order:
Travel - 3.3% SSFCU Power Travel Rewards
Dining - 3.3% SSFCU Power Travel Rewards
Amazon - 5% Sallie Mae & Amazon Store Card
Gas - 5% SM
Groceries - 5% SM
Everything Else - 2.1% Arrival+
Less than 10% of my spend would normally land in the everything else bucket, however for the next few months I'll be working on some sign-on bonuses so that will be skewed.

The 10% I get from Discover is already maxed out for the quarter with Home Improvements & Amazon ($1500).
Grocery/Drug Store 5% OBC
Dining/Amazon 5% Citi Forward
Cell Phone/Vet, 5% Cash +
Most other things 3%, Discover Miles
If Discover not accepted, 2% Double Cash
Internet Foreign Transactions: 1.5% QS

Nice hassle free strategy! That SSFCU Power Travel Rewards just earned itself a spot on my wishlist, and it's a WMC on top of the great rewards.
