Chase and Discover used to be very stingy about CLI to me. I've been saving my credit to refinance my car. Last week, I got the new loan with local CU for 2.24% EQ score 750 so I'm open for new inquries. 
Today I tried my luck with few. 3 lowest cards I have.
Don't bother to try with CrapOne.
Chase went from $2300 to $7500 with a hard pull. Requested 10k.
Discover went from $3500 to $6500 with no pull. Wow! 
Requested 10k.
US Bank Cash+ CLI is peding. May not be a hard pull. Trying to get 10k from 6k.
4 other cards are $10k+. Don't want to push it hard. I'm happy with 10k mark.

wow. Congrats. How long did you have the card with them?
The Chase Freedom is a former WaMu card I had around 2007. Started with $1000. Chase took over and I've beeing trying to get CLI few time in the past. Each time they gave $300-$500 CL so 5k increase is huge. I was thinking they would deny my request for 10k and I would ask them recon for 5k. CSR transfered to lending dept. Leding dept rep asked few questions then put me on hold. He came back with $7500. I took it and ran fast.
