CC not reporting CL???

My Kay's & Jared card reported but its not showing a Credit limit on either card. My CL is $5100 on both.

Is this normal? If so how can I get it to show my current CL?

Instead of it helping my UTI is actually hurting it now & my score dropped 4 points.

What shall I do??

You could call them and request they report your credit limit. Some companies report the highest balance you have had on the card by default.

Did you get this info from CK? Just a small balance reporting will drop points on this FAKO module.

It was alert from MyFico.

I was hoping the $5100 CL would help my UTI ?
I will call and ask why it's not showing my CL. I've not used either card yet btw.
