AFAIK barclays is a tu puller.

Discover has always pulled tu for me in MA, but ymmv as others have reported that they like to pull eq as well

Also GECRB tends to pull TU unless it is frozen, with an extremely small amount of exceptions.

Barclay's and GE are pretty much exclusively TU. Some CUs pull TU.
