I just signed up for the crown jewelers credit account since from what I gather it reports to at least 2 of the 3 bureaus. I figure it's pretty worth it for a 1500 cl with no credit check/inquiry.
I looked around on the forums for quite a while earlier and didn't come across any other things like this though. Are there any other decent no credit check offers that would be beneficial during the rebuilding process.
Right now I'm working with the following TL's while I work on getting rid of baddies:
1. Student loan, good standing, never late, started paying in 07
2. Secured Orchard $200 card (just got it last week)
3. Crown jewelers $1500 CL account (just got it today, haven't yet purchased anything). Do they report as a Credit Card or Charge Account or what? And what's the difference when it comes to scoring if there is one?
4. Supposedly I'm getting a BofA $300 secured card. They've done two pulls, and confirmed that my deposit letter was received, but haven't taken the money yet and I'm getting annoyed.
4. Secured BofA $300 card. I have my accounts setup to alert me for any debits/charges/transfers/etc of $100 or over - obviously I didn't get it when they took the money today. But woohoo anyways!
Thanks Again everyone
