CC transfer timing

I transferred my Amazon store card balance to my new Cap 1 card. It is showing as cleared on Cap 1 side and I can see the amount in my balance. But my Amazon card is still showing the amount in my balance there too. I did the trasnfer on Monday. Does this seem like a normal tme frame?

Yeah it will take a little time to complete. Continue to pay both if Its not complete by payment date.

I've had them take over two weeks.
